Prize Details:

The River Bothy

Tea Room, Deli, Cafe and Gifts on the NC500 at Berriedale. Highly Recommended for food, cakes and beverages in beautiful suroundings. So delicious and welcoming.

River Bothy Pre Christmas Lunch menu available from 5th December until 18th December. Please give The Bothy a call during opening hours to book on 01593 751569. They need at least 48 hours notice please and will also need a pre order.

Starters include Smoked Salmon and King Prawn with Pickled Salad & Horseradish cream,

French Onion Soup topped with a Gruyere & Parmesan crouton,

Grilled Goats Cheese with Apple, Cranberries and Pecans,

Beetroot Terrine with Walnut Brittle, Melba Toast and Mixed Balsamic Salad.(VE)

Mains choice includes Roast Turkey stuffed with Apricot and Cranberry with Seasonal Trimings,

Honey Glazed Baked Salmon topped with Lemon Dill Sauce,

Pomegranate and Almonds, Pork Medallions with Creamy Mash, Roasted Apple & Wholegrain Mustard Cream Sauce,

Sweet Potato & Mushroom Wellington with Seasonal vegetables, (VE)

Fillet Steak served with Mushrooms, tobacco Onions, Garlic and Parsley Butter and Sauteed Potatoes (£10 supplement).

Followed by a Trio of Desserts, Coffee and Petits Fours.

2 course plus coffee & petit fours £25pp

3 course plus coffee & petit fours £30pp

A proportion of ticket sales will be donated to local charities.

How the Prize will be Delivered:

After the winner is announced, we will get in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. If the winner is local, we may hand deliver the prize.
